Mrs. Meadows’ has twenty years of diverse experience in finance, accounting, and government contracts including support to contracts administration, financial analysis, program cost flow, financial planning, estimating and pricing, and budget center administration. She joined the INTUITIVE team in 2002 as a Business Analyst. Throughout her tenure at INTUITIVE, she has held positions as Director of Operations and most recently, Director of Strategic Programs.
Mrs. Meadows is responsible for the day to day operations related to strategic programs including new business, programmatic contracts, subcontractors and consultants. She translates customer requirements into executable plans and organizes and staffs positions to complete these plans. She oversees interfaces with the government and industry counterparts on a routine basis to ensure efforts are in concert with customer desires, and she works collaboratively towards the expected outcome. Mrs. Meadows is responsible for growing lines of business, as well as for assisting corporate directors, division managers, and program managers with the execution of their programs and development of their business areas.
Mrs. Meadows received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Falkner University. She also holds Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. Additionally, she has completed the Federal Contract Management Specialization Certificate Program at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
