EXPRESS Contract Information
What type of contract
is AMCOM EXPRESS?
AMCOM EXPRESS is a Blanket
Purchase Agreement (BPA) that AMCOM has placed with
selected Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contractors.
INTUITIVE
is a Team Leader/Prime for the Programmatic Domain.
Individual task orders are
competed among all BPA holders within a specific domain.
What is INTUITIVE’s
primary GSA Schedule that is used for the execution of
AMCOM EXPRESS?
Schedule 871 –
Professional Engineering Services (PES). INTUITIVE’s
GSA Contract Number is GS-23F-0343N.
Is there a distinction
between Teammates, Team Members, and Subcontractors?
The term Teammate refers
to either/or/both subcontractors and team members.
The term Team Member shall
be defined as any contractor, corporation, or other
legal entity holding a pertinent GSA Schedule as defined
by AMCOM EXPRESS and having signed a Team Member Teaming
Agreement with INTUITIVE.
The term Subcontractor is
defined as any contractor, corporation, or other legal
entity that desires to work with INTUITIVE to
obtain task order awards in support of AMCOM EXPRESS.
Subcontractors are not required to hold their own GSA
Schedule, but must meet all terms and conditions of
INTUITIVE’s PES Schedule. Subcontractors must
perform their work using INTUITIVE’s PES GSA
labor category descriptions and requirements.
The Team Leader is defined
as Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation.
INTUITIVE will perform all prime contractor
functions for all task orders awarded under the
INTUITIVE AMCOM EXPRESS BPA.
Can my business be
added as a Team Member or Subcontractor to the
INTUITIVE Team?
INTUITIVE
will conduct an annual Open Season to incorporate new or
additional Teammates. The open season also permits
Teammates to update or change roles between
Subcontractor and Team Member. Continue to watch this
website for additional information regarding Open
Season.
What is the pass
through rate?
Pass through rates are a
competition sensitive matter and will be provided to
individual parties upon execution of a Teaming
Agreement.
