Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE) is excited to announce it was recognized as one of the 2015 Best Places to Work for Huntsville/Madison County by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM). In addition to 2015 Best Places to Work, Mrs. Jennifer Veal, one of INTUITIVE’s Human Resource Representatives, won the Most Valuable Employee Award in the large company category. This is Mrs. Veal’s second time to win the Most Valuable Employee Award. The awards were presented at the Madison County 2015 Best Places to Work Awards Luncheon on May 5, 2015. INTUITIVE’s CEO, Rey Almodóvar, accepted the award on behalf of all the employees, and Mrs. Veal was there to accept her award.
Mr. Almodóvar stated, “Each year we are incredibility honored to receive this award. It is extremely gratifying to know that our employees have such positive feelings towards the company.” Mr. Almodóvar added, “Since the beginning, our focus has been to build a strong company culture and provide an environment where our employees can grow. INTUITIVE is the only company to receive this award for the eighth year in a row, making it a consistent winner since the Best Places to Work honor was established. The program honors businesses in three categories including small, medium, and large businesses. INTUITIVE was placed in the large group, which is for companies over 150 employees.
