An accredited third party registrar conducted the audit that measured INTUITIVE’s Quality Management System against the rigorous AS9100C quality management system requirements for Aviation, Aerospace and Defense organizations. AS9100 requires an intense focus on quality and continuous improvement ultimately resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
AS9100 is the international quality management system standard for the Aviation, Space and Defense (AS&D) Industry and AS9100C is the most current standard. The AS9100C standard encompasses the ISO 9001:2008 standard, expanded to include many additional requirements for the Aerospace industry. AS9100 is endorsed by all major Aerospace regulators including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Aerospace and Space Administration (NASA).
