HUNTSVILLE, AL – May 2018 – For the seventh year in a row, Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE) was ranked on the Military Times 100 Best for Vets Employers List. Companies across the country participated in a rigorous, 90-question survey evaluating their culture, recruitment and policies for veterans, service members and military families. Military Times carefully evaluates survey data and includes only the best companies in its published rankings. After hundreds of surveys from various industries across the nation were considered, INTUITIVE earned a ranking of #11.
INTUITIVE approaches veterans through proactive recruiting methods and instating policies and benefits that appeal to them and their families. INTUITIVE has a Veterans Information Program (VIP) to further help veterans settle into and excel in their new careers. INTUITIVE is committed to helping military personnel transition to civilian life by helping them find positions that embrace their military skills and experience. INTUITIVE reaches out to veterans through career fairs and referrals from current employees; the company also has a “Careers” webpage that posts opportunities for senior-level and experienced workforce.
