A. In Section L.14, Volume I, Sub-factor B, STC2 of the Draft RFP it states: The Offeror shall provide evidence of the availability and commitment of any proposed incumbent personnel, the percentage of incumbent personnel proposed, and describe any recruitment and employment methods to be utilized for the remainder of the required staff. Q. How do I express my availability and commitment to stay on the ABSS contract if INTUITIVE wins?

A. Apply online. This will be an Indication of Availability and Commitment to continue on the contract. Your online application indicates willingness to accept a job with INTUITIVE if we win and proof of your availability for the next contract.
