Through these BPAs INTUITIVE provides advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. These BPAs also provide technical support for Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO) and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems.

The Air Force Agile Acquisition Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (AA IDIQ) Contract provides support for the Armament Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Eglin AFB FL. The AA IDIQ supports short-term systems development efforts to satisfy Warfighter needs efficiently and expeditiously. The scope of the contract includes Demonstrations/Studies; Design and Engineering Development; Testing; Hardware and Software Modification; Fabrication; and Logistics.

ACCESS provides advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to support the accomplishment of the goals, objectives, and priorities associated with the missions of the organizations at Wright-Patterson Airforce Base including: Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Air Force Global Logistics Support Center (AFGLSC), Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). A&AS support includes: Management and Professional Services; Studies, Analyses, and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services.
The MiDAESS IDIQ contract provides support in acquisition; engineering; infrastructure/deployment; agency operations; security and intelligence; and quality, safety, and mission assurance to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The contract originated as an umbrella contract to consolidate resources, enhance the sharing of expertise and knowledge, centralize the acquisition of support services manpower in a more efficient manner, and reduce overhead costs enterprise-wide to support the MDA.
SeaPort-e is able to supply the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs and the United States Marine Corps with engineering, financial management, and program management. Support services under Seaport-e include research and development, prototyping, acquisitions logistics, modeling, test and evaluation trails, and engineering.
SETAC focuses on recurring systems engineering and technical assistance requirements (including advisory and assistance) for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command and other associated defense organizations in support of various air, space, missile defense, homeland security/homeland defense, Warfighter, and cyber missions.
The CECOM R2-3G Program provides Government systems, platforms, and item managers’ rapid means of accessing competent industry capabilities without the traditional acquisition lead time. The R2-3G program provides critical equipment and services throughout all life cycle phases including engineering, logistics, research and development, system integration, training, fabrication/prototyping, and technology insertion.
A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. Support service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services. RS3, has a period of performance of five years plus a five year option period and provides customers with one, highly accessible contract vehicle that offers streamlined processes and fulfills requirements for programs with C4ISR-related needs.
A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract that will develop and apply specialized prototype systems and test equipment, command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR), munitions systems, and electronic combat / countermeasures within live and virtual test parameters will be supported under this effort. TETRAS is a 10 year effort including options and the contract has a $998M ceiling.
