INTUITIVE provides quality, customized training solutions for a variety of customer needs. Our trainers possess in-depth knowledge and experience with design, development and implementation of system training support packages, as well as on- and off-site training delivery including demonstration/performance, lecture/discussion, tutor/coach, self-study, or on-the-job training. Documentation is provided in Automated System Approach to Training (ASAT), National Standards of Training (NST), or Instructional System Design (ISD) formats. Training support services include training and project management, training metrics development, design, development and implementation of system training support packages, and needs assessment analysis and validation.
Our industrial engineers are focused on the optimization of complex processes in order to improve system performance. This focus results in less waste of dollars, time, and materials and yields improvements in productivity, affordability, and product quality. To achieve these improvements we provide multiple services to our customer including Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), flow process charting and process mapping, the use of computer simulations to design and optimize production line layouts, and supply chain optimization functions.
Our production engineers provide both on-site and in-plant support to all your production needs. With experience in the private and public sectors, our team is adept at planning and managing production processes during all stages of a product’s life cycle. We have extensive experience in optimizing the production process, conducting production readiness reviews and production line validations, employing statistical process controls to monitor and minimize process variability, and implementing vendor control functions at all levels of the supply chain. Our certified staff of production and quality engineers, including IRCA certified Lead Auditors for ISO 9001:2008 and ASQ certified Managers of Quality/Organizational Excellence, provide the skills and experience needed to help you meet your cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
Diminishing Manufacturing Resources
As the market shifts to new technologies, demand is reduced for earlier models or configurations and the cost for supporting the technology escalates resulting in Diminished Manufacturing Sources (DMS). INTUITIVE performs manufacturing engineering trade studies, conducts risk assessments and explores manufacturing and acquisition alternatives that minimize DMS impacts for systems and subsystems.
Maintaining an efficient supply of quality personnel and other resources on a project is essential to a successful program. INTUITIVE’s analysts, engineers and subject matter experts assess resource management needs, conduct analysis and provide process recommendations for cost estimates, financial control, task planning, and management. Feasibility studies evaluating workforce size are conducted, as well as project analyses and analyses of expenditure trends.
Long before a system is fielded or a product is launched, companies and organizations need to begin planning how they will support that system. INTUITIVE uses a comprehensive approach to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). We work closely with our clients to develop systems that last longer, require less maintenance, and has the support systems in place to meet both its operational requirements and anticipated demand for additional systems. With experience in Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis, and Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis, we provide the planning and analysis needed to ensure new system starts and major modifications effectively consider the systems logistical support needs. Additionally, we provide an extensive suite of tools to monitor system performance once it enters the sustainment phase. This allows our customers to adjust and fine tune their logistics support strategies, including spares requirements, to meet the actual needs of the system in the field.
